Azuka Onyia is a finance executive with almost three decades of proven practical experience in both the private and public sectors. Her broad skill set covers Strategy and Corporate Development, Capital Markets and Treasury Operations, Accounting/Controllership, Business/Operational Finance and Legal, Tax and Regulatory compliance. Her vast industry experience covers public accounting, manufacturing, power, mining, real estate, aviation, e-commerce, and financial services.
She commenced her professional career with the Audit and Advisory Practice of the Lagos, Nigeria office of Arthur Andersen (now KPMG Professional Services). Azuka later relocated to the United States of America where she continued her public accounting career with the Audit and Advisory Practice of the Los Angeles, California office of Deloitte & Touché (D&T). Upon leaving public accounting, she continued her career in the private sector in the United States where she held management positions in finance in Fortune 100 companies and mid-sized entrepreneurial companies. She returned back to Nigeria in 2010 and has worked in both the public and private sectors in leadership positions in Finance
Azuka serves on the boards of various companies, providing strategic direction, guidance and financial discipline. She has a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree which she obtained from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Andersen School of Business, University of California, Los Angeles, USA. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) in the State of California and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (“ICAN”).
Michael Mututo is currently a Director of Rosmo Limited which is a microfinance consulting company in Kenya and Nigeria. He is a well presented industrious Financial Consultant in Banking /Micro insurance/Microfinance Professional, who has over 15 year’s extensive in-depth experience of the entire banking, microfinance and micro insurance industry. He is a Director of Cedar Microfinance Bank, Lagos, Nigeria.
Michael has extensive experience in banking, Financial & treasury Management, strategic business planning and financial modeling, market research, strategic marketing, project management, process mapping and the evaluation of NGO microfinance programs, training and institutional assessment.
As a Director working with Rosmo Limited, Michael has worked extensively on turnaround and restructuring of MFIs, curriculum development, conducting of trainings, strategic and business planning, developing and implementing operational manuals, product development & pilot-testing; loan portfolio audits and market research as well as governance for MFIs in Sub-Sahara Africa.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Nairobi, Kenya in Economics. He is also pursuing a Master Degree from Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya in Banking and Finance (Microfinance). He is a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a Certified Microfinance Practitioner.
Siji Oduwusi currently serves as the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Blue Turtle Technologies Nigeria, a multinational ICT company with offices in Nigeria and South Africa.
Over the last 20 years, Siji has worked extensively with numerous multinational organizations where his expertise in business strategy, planning. and analysis has always been of immense importance and critical to business growth.
Having started his career in the banking industry, he has substantial experience in this sector, spanning audit, financial control, treasury, international, domestic operations and business development and intelligence. He has been involved with various large ICT transactions in the areas of infrastructure and telecommunications. He has contributed significantly in strategic business expansion, growth & operations with excellent technical skills and deep knowledge in business expansion and growth.
He is an economist by training and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos. Siji is a member of the Institute of Directors, an alumni of the Lagos Business School and holds board positions in companies in different sectors across Nigeria and other West African countries.
